Enquiries and agreements
An enquiry or free quote request does not place an order or create a project agreement. Work begins after scope, deliverables, price, payment arrangements and timeline are agreed in a separate proposal or agreement. Website descriptions provide general service information.
Prices and subscriptions
Proposals are in EUR. The form’s budget ranges are indicative. Applicable taxes, hosting, licences, subscriptions and recurring costs are specified in the proposal. External platforms have their own availability, prices and terms.
Ownership and handover
The project agreement defines ownership, licences, account access, content responsibilities and handover. Third-party materials may retain their own licences. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership. Do not reuse website materials in a way that infringes the relevant rights.
Portfolio and demonstrations
Examples describe the stated project scope and functions. Sample reports, briefs and workflows use illustrative information, not confidential client records. Calculators and AI tools can depend on assumptions and external data; check outputs before business decisions.
Availability and external links
Content and features can change. External businesses control their own websites and services. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Terms for paid work are agreed separately with each client.
