FAQ

A few useful answers.

What can you build for our business?

Websites and stores, website AI agents, email follow-ups, social publishing workflows, CRM integrations, reports, daily briefs and customer portals. We can start with one useful improvement and connect more of your business over time.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted individually in EUR. Your free, no-obligation proposal explains the scope, deliverables, milestones and any hosting, maintenance or third-party subscriptions before work begins. The budget options in our form are indicative, not fixed packages.

How long will it take?

The timeline depends on the agreed scope, integrations and how quickly content and feedback are available. We set milestones in the proposal and agree review points, so you know what happens next.

Can you improve our existing website and tools?

Yes. We first review what you already use and what should improve. We check access, APIs and platform limits before proposing changes to your website, email, CRM, spreadsheets or booking systems.

Can we approve emails and social posts before publication?

Yes. Workflows can prepare drafts, request approval and then send or publish the approved content. You choose which actions may run automatically, who approves them and how exceptions are handled.

What can an AI agent on our website do?

An agent can answer from an approved knowledge base, help visitors find services, collect a brief and hand the conversation to your team. We agree its sources, permissions and limits. The message widget on this website collects enquiries; it does not provide AI answers.

Who owns the website and connected accounts?

Ownership, access, licences and handover are set out in the proposal. Integrations use the business accounts agreed with you. We explain ongoing subscriptions and provide the access and documentation included in the project.

Do you provide support after launch?

Support, maintenance, updates and monitoring can be included in an agreed support plan. The proposal explains what is covered, the costs and how your team can request help.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO helps search engines understand and discover your website. GEO focuses on clear, useful content that AI search and answer systems can interpret. We work on content, technical structure and measurement; we do not guarantee rankings or mentions in AI answers.

What do you need from us to get started?

Tell us what your business does, what currently slows you down and what success would look like. A link to your website and a rough budget help, but you do not need a technical specification. We will help you prepare a practical brief.
